Mogara Phulala is an attempt to encapsulate one of the salient moments in the journey of seeking excellence and making it available for learning and inspiration.
Tacit or Implicit is an intuitive knowledge and know-how which is rooted in context, experience, practice and in values and is hard to communicate as it resides in the mind of the practitioner. Mogara Phulala will bring out this knowledge in a codified, expressible and in sharable manner through this series
What valuable experiences are we going to share in this series ? The context, Experiences that are Relevant, focused, sharable, easy to capture and validate and most importantly are at the risk of being lost
We will share these knowledge moments through a story. A good story that contains rich contextual details is an effective way to impart knowledge. Storytelling is the oldest technique of seamless knowledge transfer.

What, Why, How & Outcome/Learning.
It is emphasized that the speakers adhere to the format of :
- Only One incident/ example/ from their journey of excellence may be shared as a story.
- What is the incident/example/episode/ instance that they want to focus on?
- Why it is important / salience of the topic?
- How it impacted the speaker, how did they handle it?
- Outcome/ Impact/ Learning from it.
- Provide key search words with your video
Thy video should not be a narration of the speaker's life story or biography.
They have many achievements in the course of their journey, but they are to pick One and only One instance. Dig deeper into unpacking it with their tacit knowledge gained in that area, which by their sharing will become explicit to others. Only then it will have the Tacit Knowledge Capture value. If people start talking about their biographies, Firstly, it will be hard to create key search tags, secondly, it will quickly lose its appeal, it will not build knowledge content./ defeat the purpose.
So to be careful of the focus - it is not About the Person, it is About the Person's Tacit Knowledge in one little story capsule in a sharply focused area. Then only we can keep the time limit below 10 min.
